In USA, milk cows are fed (given as food) remains of meat of cows, pigs, horses, chicken, etc. which helps produce more milk.
In India, organizations such as Amul, Mother Dairy, Nestle, etc. import milk powder from USA and other countries and such milk powder is mixed to make up for any shortfall in regular milk procurement.
So, the milk we buy from dairies can be or is non-veg milk. You and me and our families drink this milk.
